    Would anyone here care to explain to me what a "'Suspected' US Drone..." is? Is that worded in such a way that one might assume there are French, Belgian, Icelandic, or Tibetan drones in the area?

    Maybe someone filed off the erial number so it couldn't be traced. ;)

    I believe it is actually "code" for saying...we all know it was American but no one would officially confirm it

    Somali drones are easy to spot. They have 200 skinnies sitting on them with 4 RPGs.

    drone technology is cheap and accessible enough now, that a well-to-do warlord or drug cartel can easily afford one if it chooses. Possibly not one that can deliver lethal force (though, soon enough) but certainly one that can provide surveillance, signal gathering, and tracking of targets to assist ground operations.
