Question About Korean Food
I am trying to remember the name of a dish I used to enjoy in Seoul many years ago. Phonetically it is something like so kum gui, and is thinly sliced strips of beef rib, similar to bulgogi but not marinated (I think), cooked on a small grill over charcoal and accompanied by grilled scallions and a dipping sauce of salt, garlic and sesame oil.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

The GOP big tent now is the size of a pup tent, its floor splattered with guano.
