  Older folks may remember this one for Alka-Seltzer, where the guy was eating meatballs that were supposed to be to spicy and one of them actually was, leaving the guy to gasp for air. After dozens of takes the director yeslls cut to break for lunch and the poor s.o.b. just sits there bloated.
