The Boardman is about to be under siege.....

Plans are afoot and have been for some time to introduce steelhead and possibly salmon into the upper sections of the Boardman once the dams are all removed. This will result in: more trash, endangered habitat for book trout, bank degradation, increase in trespassing violations and general fishing mayhem. If you have not visited a Michigan stream after the salmon season, you need to. And if you do, bring a trash bag.

I feel for you, I am not a fan of salmon and the "fringe benefits" the bring to a watershed.
