I am now heavily invested in Celery

Just kiddin

We've seen celery pricing triple- plus--- here and no sign of going down

Some hipster somewhere has convinced the world celery juice does it all

Why do I think there's a man bun involved??

You guys gettin hosed down there as well??

    1. I'm a big fan of vegetables.

    I understand the price increase is due to California growing probs and Biff the Celery juicer

    We cook lots with celery---Stews...soups...chili...and everything else

    it has literally tripled in price and stayin there-----stock tip---Buy!!

    Yeah I am not a big fan of celery either. Especially in my tuna salad.

    Yes, it is essential in soups and stews, braised meats like shanks and short ribs, and of course thanksgiving dressing!

    I don’t like it raw, except for the leaves which have a stronger flavor.

    Cost? I buy organic produce whenever it is available so I’m used to paying more for it.

    Went for Chinese the other day
    Celery being a staple in the chow mein's and stir frys----bean counters musta got to the cook
    subbed with broccoli stalks----tad woody :smile:

    Celery with peanut butter on it. I eat it almost weekly.

    Celery with blue cheese dressing. Or celery with caesar dressing. It’s a great vessel for dressing, really.
