Your article is a family's speculation.

If that was for me, that wasn't the point of the article. It was related to Tims' statement... "it was launched hastily on shaky intel and plan was never really fully fleshed out.....it was rushed"

Pointing out that **** happens and things don't always go as planned.

I think it was Reagan who first brought normal people into the House in order to make his points. I wish he hadn't. I find it utterly distasteful no matter who does it. I wish it would stop.

It was Reagan and its grotesque.

Just mail the **** thing in.

Well the president acts on information given to them by military leaders in order to make a decision. Soldiers die everyday under the watch of the President. Blaming the guy who approves the mission and not those who planned it is just political theatrics in my opinion.

    Similar crap happened under Obama...

the advice by many accounts was ignored.....the mission was launched hastily despite the concerns of the experts, and this has the boots on the ground angry and concerned

I heard this last night and it's probably the best comment on the speech that I heard...paraphrase...I being able to string a few sentences together while using a teleprompter is a good speech? There were eight demonstrable lies in that speech and never forget it was written by Steven Miller that little worm that probably would feel comfortable in a SA or SS uniform. That is not an exaggeration. read his bio it's really "special."
I find the assault on free thought disturbing,
I find the willingness to give it up frightening.

Fair point. It could be worse, I guess.

It could be a lot worse. I was infected with an ear worm of Doe, a Deer by a TV commercial for a touring production of The Sound of Music.
