Bundy Traitors Acquitted

How do these seditious **** get acquitted? I need an explanation from Sherb. And a hug. Mostly a hug.

    I truly don't understand how they could arrive at that verdict. Un-effing-believable.

    and the worst part isn't that they got away with it.

    the worst part is that allowing them to get away with it is going to spur a hundred **** copy cat "movements" that imperil our public lands AND the safety of our public employees.

    Because the jury basically just told the world: "it's OK to come in and terrorize and threaten government employees as long as you believe you are righteous."

    Scott, I share your sentiments but see a silver lining. If they had been convicted they would have become martyrs and we would have had to hear about it ad nauseum.

    Juries are unpredictable. I wouldn't read too much into it. It doesn't seem plausible to me that jurors from Portland metro were sympathetic to Bundy and crew.

    A juror contacted the Oregonian (Portland paper) and said he was bewildered by the furor over the verdict. He claimed that the verdict was simply the result of the government failing to prove the conspiracy.
