  I read Art of the Deal about 20 years ago, and one of the only things that I can remember about it was that he doesn't sleep much. He said he sleeps 3-4 hours a night.
  Now we see what long term sleep deprivation does to somebody.

  Arguably, it was illegal at the time, and in fact plenty of states still have statutes on the books. Its still considered a violation of the UCMJ, and military personnel are still prosecuted for it.
