does this include blisters from trying to row a jon boat faster than the speed of sound?
Honestly, yes it would. Work could be stopped, the situation that caused the injury would be evaluated and if needed, remedies would be implemented to minimize future injuries. The company that I work at and for the vast majority of our clients, working safe is the most important part of our jobs. The reason you do this for minor **** is because major **** won't be ignored due to judgement calls.
We just got a notification yesterday that a subcontractor died on a project site we work at. So esteemed members like Joe and Swizz will be happy to know that maybe America workplace isn't filled with the **** they think it is, and there's a family that lost their dad yesterday at a work site to prove it.

Remedies? Like needing to pass an IQ test to be allowed to row?
You know you're taking a real IQ test when first question is Do you think an IQ test is graded on a pass/fail basis?

And yes, someone's hands being hurt by the work qualifies as a safety issue.
Snapping part A into part B isn't a safety issue in this instance I describe. Seems everyone else that steps in to do the job has no problem snapping the 2 parts together. I think its more of a matter "I don't like doing this job" so I am going to complain that it makes my hands hurt.
Is it wrong to hope this picture was taken by a predator drone?
Don't say that! You're going to get Ed all worked up. And then you know what hapoens? Ed posts numerous threads on war crimes, drones and energy credits.
Oh, BTW, certain House members, Teabaggers and far right radio yakkers have already expressed their rejection of Paul Ryan as a Republican leader. You know, Paul Ryan, original subject of this thread. It seems he is just not pure enough.
Just as you guys seem to reject each other. Can we have a little Bro Love in this world?

It depends. Can you still buy soap on a rope? If so then go for it.
