    ****... you have a great memory Sante (2006).
    Here ya go!

    A dish we call Shipwreck, have made it with Buffalo, Venison, Caribou and Moose burger, it's always excellent!

    * 1 cup chopped onion
    * 2-4 medium potatoes, sliced
    * 1 pound lean ground game meat
    * 1 can of beans (Jacob Cattle or Red Kidney Beans)
    * 1 cup diced carrots
    * 1 cup chopped celery
    * salt and pepper
    * paprika
    * 1 can tomato (Delmonte Seasoned tomato chopped)
    * 1 cup boiling water (boullion is fine but omit salt)

    Butter a 2-quart casserole. Layer with onions, potatoes, ground meat , beans, carrots, and celery, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper, and paprika. Combine tomato with boiling water (or boullion); pour over all. Bake at 300° for 3 hours.
    Shipwreck casserole serves 4.
    All of your Trout are belong to me.
