Ex-FEMA director and certified dingbat Micheal Brown criticized the President over his fast reaction to the Sandy disaster. And of course links it to Benghazi.
You just can't sharpen some tools.

Of course Obama was able to get better response. Advanced Nexrad technology, along with amplified and more finely tuned HAARP waves, and refined use of chemtrail chemicals have allowed for better storm creation, strengthening, steering, and speed control than was available when Katrina hit. They could delay the storm until all the pieces were in play. Katrina was supposed to have hit 1 week later, but the technology the Illuminati had at the time caused the storm to spin up too strong and move too fast. If Katrina had happened well, the pieces would have been pre-positioned properly to allow for a more rapid response and allow for the traditionally Democratic voters of Louisiana and Mississippi to be indebted to the Republican administration, fomenting a shift in voting demographics.

It's really political partisan sour grapes.
