TurboTax program is compatible with both Windows and Mac PC. If the installed program is somehow stuck in the PC, you should first close the program and restart it. If no result is found, you must check for the updates if available for the program; if it is, install the updated version. With such basic techniques, your issue of TurboTax not working will be resolved.

I also faced the same problem in TurboTax program while working it on my Mac. So I updated to latest version of TurboTax and restart the program and now I have no trouble using it.
