Hmmn. Saudi's are in a row with Putin as he has refused to cut production to shore up the oil price to combat the virus effect. Saudi's responded by raising production and flooding markets as price falls toward 30 Dollars/bbl! My spidey Sense tells me that maybe Putin responded (with a coup attempt?). Its interesting that this is NOT headline stuff, (as if no one wants to headline it.)
