leftover ideas.........

I may make turkey tacos tonight, and then make soup with the rest.

What are your go-to recipes?

    My Dad usually makes Turkey ala King with the leftovers and soup with the carcass.

    I made bone broth with the bones. I just added a splash of vinegar, some lemon rinds, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. First time I had done that. I like it.

    Only downside is you need to cook it as long as possible to leach the good stuff out of the bones.

    Butter? Just....no.

    Stuffing and cranberry sauce on rye bread. If the stuffing and cranberry sauce are gone, then 1000 Islands dressing.

    Country Crock Ingredients: Vegetable oil blend of liquid soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil and hydrogenated cottonseed oil, water, whey, salt, vegetable mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate, calcium disodium-preservative, citric acid, artificial flavor, vitamin A and beta carotene for color.

    Butter Ingredients: Sweet Cream, Salt.

    Yes. Butter.

    Now stuffing on bread (wheat) does sound kinda good. I may have to try that one.

    I have a Turkey, mushroom and potato soup recipe. The one below is close to what I make.
    I use more shrooms than they recommend. It's good.

    Uh...my point wasn't that you should use Country Crock instead. Neither should ever be put on a turkey sandwich.
