Speaking of Ben Carson

I've had two EEGs and an MRI of my brain*. I think I'll apply to be the new head of Johns Hopkins Neurology.


*(I had what looked like two TIAs/mini strokes, but they turned out to be interactions among prescription drugs. My scripts were adjusted and I've had no further problems)

    Anybody else have the suspicion that Ben Carson only got the HUD secretary job because "Urban" is in the name of the department?

    Could be. He certainly doesn't look like Paul Newman. Perhaps he has a "barbed wire soul".

    Now I believe that I'm even more qualified for high office than he is. My mother and I lived with her parents until my father returned from WW II. Vets were given priority for housing, so in 1945, a babe in arms, I moved into the Ft. Greene Houses built for Navy Yard workers 1941-1944, now dismal NYC public housing. We stayed there 18 months until my parents could afford to move.
