How does one make creamed corn? It is corn season in UT and I'm going to stop by the farmer's market this weekend and get a few dozen ears. I will freeze some of it on-the-cob, but creamed corn is also delicious so was wondering how it was done (and I don't have your fancy cream-o-matic machine, so you'll have to explain the low-tech way to make it).

    My 5 year old daughter named the pigs. When I asked her what we should call them, she said, "Delicious." I was so proud. Screw you, Walt Disney! My girl's got it figured out!

    On the corn creaming..... Hold on a tic. Let me get to my laptop. If you're interested, I can probably get you one of the set ups like I have for whatever it costs now plus shipping.

    If you don't want to do that there another way.... Stay tuned.
