In a few hours we will find out if there really is a Santa Claus. So far, the sun (Ravens) and the moon (Dolphins) have lined up. I am probably the biggest Chiefs fan in CA right now.

Ryan Succop is effing dead to me.
Oh well, time to start paying attention to the draft prospects. It will also be interesting to see which FA's and veterans they let go. Probably quite a few.

But, there's this: Chiefs (and Steelers) got robbed!

"The (Chiefs) kick went wide right. However, if you look closely, the Chiefs should have had another chance at the field goal. Doug Farrar from Sports Illustrated pointed out that the Chargers had seven players on the left side of the ball. Why is that significant? the NFL's competition committee passed a rule before the 2013 season that banned teams from having more than six players on either side of the long snapper during a field-goal attempt."

The play should have been a 5 yd SD penalty and rekick from 36.

The officiating this year has been inconsistent and bad.

    Yea. Blame the officials.

Pittsburgh lost too many games during the season. It's as simple as that. Maybe the NFL should give them an extra 1st round draft choice...

Tomlin shouldn't have stepped in front of the field goal try.

Actually it's the NFL saying that the Chiefs got screwed.

    It worked once!

I hope one of the Rooneys, when fielding the apology from the NFL, had the balls to tell them that they had better not take away a draft pick due to Tomlin's incident.
If they do that, the NFL can kiss this fan goodbye. I'm teeterng on the edge of not paying any attention to this joke league as it is.
    John,
No one is blaming the officials for the Steelers' plight. They lost 8 games and did not do enough to merit the playoffs. However, you have to admit, that the level of officiating for the most popular sport in the country is a freakng joke. It's. It like they are scraping by and cannot afford to do whatever it takes to have better officiating.

Would the officiating be even worse without the replay/review?

I'm pretty much punched out of watching the NFL after watching the frontline doc about how they swept head trauma under the rug for so long. I just can't find much enjoyment thinking that these guys are destroying a significant portion of their lives for my chuckles.

They aren't playing for your enjoyment. They are playing for millions of dollars. They know the risks.

He's a seasoned veteran, so he no longer is a tight end

Very physical playoff between Saints and Seahawks right now.

Holy Mother of god I hope the donkeys win so that the Pats don't host the AFC Championship Game and end up in the SB.
Good to see the domepussy Saints go home too. That was, in my opinion, an entertaining football game.
Looking forward to SF CAR game. I'm tiring of the SD hype; I think the donkeys are going to beat them like red-headed step children.

    Hey Tim,
I wonder if that PA prison has as much video footage as Belichick?
