After years of driving to the Keys to fish and get lobsters, my wife and I built a house ourselves over a ten year period on No Name Key. We were anticipating my retirement June, 2003. I was a university professor of Psychology and have taught at the Univ. of FL "yea/boo", and Florida Atlantic University for 38 years. Before this, I coached football, basketball, baseball and track, taught math, science, social studies, was a dean, counselor, assistant principal and principal in Central Florida public schools.
I grew up fishing the Central Florida lakes; the Mosquito Lagoon, Indian River, Sebastian Inlet, and often drove to Naples, Goodland, Chucko, and Flamingo. I have also fished offshore, daily or nightly, over a fifteen years period.
My wife and I own a kayak each; a 16' skiff, four Sunfish, a racer/cruiser sailboat, and have the full range of gamefish outside my back door...but I can't always tell where they are hiding.
RGB
