Vote for me. I'm at least as dumb as you are.

Would that happen to be a burned old glory & old testament reasonably forced to eat & now; step in it like the candidate, for being a job done as the least that could be done for the day ? Lost interest in flying things after Boy Scout Camp-O-Rees with those early morning flying cowpies, & deja-vu......politics from those that need propaganda to be smarter........

I join Steven in being shocked at so many defending Carter. He was a truly awful president. He has been our worst ex-president. Heck there's even a book out now talking about how all of the other ex-presidents despise him for his ex-president actions.

My shock that anybody today would try to defend the Carter administrations stems from the fact that i voted for him.
The following 4 years of downhill disaster for America convinced me to switch parties I suspect the Obama administration is doing that today for another generation of young voters, which is just about the only good thing I can say about it.

My only consolation on the shame I feel about voting for Carter is that Obama is now making him only the second worst president.

Just a final note about "politicizing" the death of OBL. Romney and Giuliani were in NY politicizing 911 today.
I find the assault on free thought disturbing,
I find the willingness to give it up frightening.

Unlike JC (who thinks he's JC), W hasn't returned from the dead.

But Carter has? Seems to me Romney dragged him from his tomb.

Admittedly, Carter was collateral damage this time around, but the man hasn't had the grace to disappear.

What am I supposed to say to a guy who doesn't think the Hinge was funny?
