Therefore we condone, support and sometimes participate in some of the worst atrocities in history. Our foreign policy of worldwide hegemony and economic dominance by any means necessary is evil and should not be.

And more often, we participate in ending some of the worst atrocities in history. Sometimes we may help stop them before they start.

But sometimes, we totally fuck it up. Hindsight is a bitch.

How about using some foresight and stop interfering in the affairs of countries so we can enhance our business interests around the world, killing and displacing millions of innocent people as we are in Yemen.

Nobody has foresight, except in hindsight. All we have is educated guesses.

    Joe,
Electric is, literally, the devil. Our current stove from the last owners is a nice one but I don't care if it was top-of-the-line because electric will always suck because of the lack of quick heat control. Yeah, they are the worst.
I do like electric for the oven though. Very consistent temperature. But I don't bake so it isn't very critical for me.
What you need to do is get a gas range to go with your collection of non-stick cookware.

Hmmm...Guess I haven't experienced any of that with my flat top electric stove and my cast iron pans.

I don't own any non stick cookware. Not a fan of eating Teflon.

Oh, I know. Just ribbing you on the non-stick. I'm down to only 2 pieces of that left. One should get shit-canned soon enough as I told Santa I want an Allclad 12" stainless frying pan.

Stainless is my other cookware. I Like that also.

Bought a set of the Calphalon SS cookware a few years ago.

non-stick ceramic cookware seems great. Kinda pricey, but no Teflon. Mine are "Greenpan" Co.

I got a set of OXO Tri Ply SS pots and pans (cheaper than All Clad) and haven't used a teflon in years. I also own some high end skillets and I will say the OXO's seem to me to heat just as evenly.
