    Kelly's background is almost four decades in a strict hierarchical system. He's a very bright and capable guy, but his new job is akin to herding cats, some of which are rabid.

    My impression of Kelly is that he's an incredibly honorable man and I can't imagine that goatropery of an inner circle having the class not to do or say something that sends him over the hill. The concept of Bannon's being an 'establishment voice' is kind mind-boggling.

    Then you were horribly misinformed. We're not talking about policy (or lack thereof in this case) we are talking about administrative (small a) competency, basic messaging, coherent policies, and at a minimum, a few people that know how to make that happen. The Trump Administration fails on all of those accounts.
