    That Didn't Take Long

Exxon Seeks U.S. Waiver to Resume Russia Oil Venture
Exxon Mobil applied to Treasury for exemption to resume venture with Rosneft forged in 2012 by Rex Tillerson

It will be interesting to see if the waiver is granted. I give it a better than 50/50 chance.

If it is approved it will bear out Lenin's statement that "a capitalist will sell you the rope that you are going to hang him him with."

Maybe you don't like oil for your cars and other gas powered equipment?

I don't like enriching Russia so that it can be more effective in its aggression against our interests. Apparently you feel otherwise.

Trump might have flip-flopped on Exim Bank so that it could finance refineries in Russia for the oil Exxon hopes to find there.

That's the EPA's fault. Trump will fix that issue. If you have asthma, I'm sorry, but at least I'll get to continue driving my V8.
