    I really don't think this is a legal matter (Hannity can have whatever lawyer he wants), but its a violation of journalistic ethics for Hannity to fail to disclose the relationship while at the same time talking about Cohen/Trump on the air.

    I mean, given that its Hannity, neither Fox news nor he really give a ****, but its a big deal. I don't think Hannity would have gone out of his way to minimize the relationship with Cohen if it wasn't.

    Imagine you're a public figure and you really went to town on your local law enforcement agency, in fact on several occasions you actually said they suck it and you intend to make a lot of changes to their organization, you eve fired the head of the organization when he was the first person put in charge of investigating you because....you talked to some people who come from a country that also tried to influence the election you won....you are in fact the owner, founder, and CEO of a numer of corporations with worldwide holdings including in the very country suspected of attempting to influence the election..in fact you've also appointed lots of people from industry and previous government positions who have also dealt with citizens and government officials within that country in the past too .....just like many individuals in industry and government have in the past as well......and now that you're the president....you, and several members of your staff...have like all presidents and his pertinent staff members before you...have also reached out to heads of other governments around the world.....including the one that has for the majority of the 20th century and all of this one been an aggressive enemy if not competitor of our....but all that is irrelevant......because a bunch of law enforcement individuals or the Prosecuting attorny's office or the other government institutions you eviscerated publically have decided that in your case....an investigation is warrant....so they're investigating you and investigating you and investigating you for months and months...and so far...all they've seemed to have done is take down all kinds of people around you for things they've done that that have nothing to do with the reason they started the investigation in the first place...which among many things definitely also makes you look bad of course...guilt by association....that sorta thing...and it keeps you constantly back on your heels....on marionette strings...dancing along to the master puppeteer....and then....like most politicians and public figures...there are all these other allegations against you....and somebody is trying to tie you up into a situation to get you to drop some supposed agreement you have to they can go out and make more money than you paid them and they agreed to before you won an election that most people thought your opponent had totally locked up and you didn't have a chance in hell......back then...they were willing to take 130k.....but now....after for some reason that shocked the world....you won....and now they say the only reason they took the money was because you or somebody threatened and terrorized and intimidated them....which they're not affraid of anymore apparently....smacking themselves in the head going 'What Was I Thinking? There's no reason to fear these people?'.....and now they want to be released so they can get paid to do the talk shows and write the book and sell the movie deal and....and they're making every allegation and testing ever scheme to get it done....including trying to....supposedly...trap you...

    And the special counsel who used to work for the organization that you slammed and threatened to change and weaken and who's head you fired...who was a friend of the special counsel...as well as many of the people who still work there are....which is BTW no conflict of interests it seems....just raided the offices of your long time personal attorney and collected up tons of files and hard drives and tapes and other kinds of evidence....at the same time the special councils friend and ex head of the organization you work for releases a book that's like 99% nothing but a scathing slam of everything about you and everything you're involved with....and there's no reason to think there's been no breach of attorney client privileges here....it wasn't intentional...and anything they find won't be used against you?

    Imagine it's you....if it was somebody you liked and believed in....imagine it wasn't somebody you don' like or thought the worst of....how would you feel then...what would you think then?

    It's becoming very clear that he really wasn't supposed to win Echo. Now it's no holds barred getting him out. Going to be interesting to watch how half of the country reacts.

    He won the electorate race. Its how the game is played. He says he did it intentionally.....SHE said they messed up and didn't do it right because they assumed it was locked and they didn't reach out to (and blamed and slammed everybody else in the world too).....

    Oh...and the Russian influence? Most experts you ask are saying...Weeeeeeeeeeeeellllllll....its hard to tell how much influnece they really had on how it went...ya know?'.......

    Experts are also saying 'The polling wasn't done right...mistakes were made...the results were obviously inaccurate'....

    I'm not defending Trump....I just don't get this 'he wasn't supposed to' or 'he didn't win'.....

    I mean...pretend this is Nascar...and the rules are first guy to 500 laps wins the race...now...95% of the people on the stands may have wanted Dale Jr to win...they might have even checked his name on an internet poll.....but...the rules say...first person to finish 500 laps wins the race....even if that would have been Danica....or Joey Logano....or Tony Stewart...you know he ran over a guy who was coming to confront him on the track after wrecking him out while racing at a local track on one of his off nights...right?

    Given his history in business, I don't think either one of them can claim the moral high ground.

    Except that the attorney-client privilege applies when a potential client communicates with an attorney regarding legal advice even if the person doesn't hire or pay the attorney they got legal advice from.

    Trump hasn't been convicted of anything illegal, so yes I do stand by the POTUS. The opposite it true. Trump could turn the Delaware River into wine and he'd just be accused of contributing to minors.

    The scary thing is you think it is possible Trump could turn the Delaware river into wine. The fact is he has been an absolute failure and embarrassment and you would like to have his babies.
