I've plateaued at the 198-200 level.
    Too much travel lately.

    Same.

Granted, by "travel" I mean to the liquor store and back, but basically the same.

i plateaued for a bit at 191-192, then it kicked back in hard this week

i'm down to 3-4 beers a week, and those are only if i am out somewhere

eating pretty clean, getting 30-40min of cardio 3-5 times a week

not sure if it is legit helping, but the green tea extract capsule in the AM and the pu-erh tea in the afternoon might be helping......both seem to have legit preliminary science?

green tea for sure works. Lots of evidence for it. I just can't stand the taste.

there's less science on the pu-ehr, but what there is looks pretty good, too
