    They came with it.

    I've been doing these 20 minute workouts which are basically 5 rounds of 3 minutes with a 1 minute break. Sounds not bad, right? I'm sucking hind **** after the first round.

    Also, in case you were never trained before...proper breathing is important.

    People can get so scared in the ring facing another opponent (if you ever do that) that they forget to breathe. Work on exhaling through you nose (that snorting sound you here from boxers) on every punch you throw (even if it's a three punch combination). That will automatically force you to bring air in when you're not throwing.

    Golden Gloves and Olympics is 3, 3-minute rounds.

    Want to make your arms really tired, get a speed bag too.

    btw, UFC is in Boise this Saturday. Decent card for a non-PPV.
